Great Pie and a Pint

Six of us visited for the pie and pint special on Thursday night and we all enjoyed it. The food was fantastic and all made fresh that day. Real home made pie and chips cooked by someone that cares. Good service and great value!

Fab Food

We have been to the Thursday Pie and Pint night a couple of times and the pies are delicious. This Thursday we just called in and it was quite busy but he managed to get us in. As usual pies were lovely I had Chicken in white wine cream sauce and my husband had steak and stilton. He has a board outside and it mentioned Gourmet Fish night on Saturday, so we booked in. We both had Sea Bass 2 fillets with 2 big king prawns on top, on a bed of savoy cabbage, with slice potatoes in garlic cream sauce. This meal was top class, Paul is a brilliant chef and he will talk to you on how he has cooked the meal, he is very passionate about his cooking. We will be going back very soon.
